Hey There!

I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for empowering women on their fitness and wellness journeys. My focus is primarily on helping women balance their hormones and create healthier lifestyles through fitness and nutrition..


I got into the wellness space after dealing with my own health issues and journey. Through testing different strategies on myself, and now coupled with my education, I have put together a method and approach to helping other women.


I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a Women's Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I am a certified Hormonal Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).


I am in the process of opening a fitness and wellness studio in New York, Sync, that will bring these core practices to an in-person studio and group class experience. Find out more below!

Program Design

With the knowledge of individual profiles and specific considerations, I will craft a personalized fitness program that delivers results while focusing on the unique needs of each woman.

Hormonal Health

Women need to address hormonal imbalances and fluctuations to optimize their health. We’ll work together to provide tailored fitness and nutrition recommendations based on the current life stage you’re in.


Cycle Syncing

Understanding the natural fluctuations in a woman's cycle, we’ll design a program that align with your different phases, maximizing results and promoting overall well-being. We will base the workouts and nutrition on your four phases: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal.


Menopause Considerations

Pre/Post/Current. We will create a specialized fitness program that address the unique needs and challenges faced during menopause, fostering a healthy and empowering transition or current living.
